Find Success at the Anadarko Middle School

Welcome to Anadarko Middle School where we are proud of our tradition of academic excellence and our ongoing commitment to maximize the personal growth of each child. Adolescence is that transitional stage of physical and metal human development between childhood and adulthood. These changes involve the biological, social and physiological areas. Adolescence usually is accompanied by a growing independence allowed by those controlling agents (legal authorities, parents, schools, etc.). Less supervision is normally required compared to the earlier stages of life.

At Anadarko Middle School we take on the challenge of assisting each child through their early adolescence with fervor. Academically these are the transition years from elementary to secondary. Our student’s vision of life is expanding dramatically. We provide a rigorous array of the core curriculum classes to challenge each student at their individual level. Our school offers a variety of electives to balance each student’s day with arts, vocational, or physiological classes.

Student’s are engaged in meaningful, active learning experiences demonstrating our mission “Ensuring Student Success-Whatever it Takes” through our Pyramid of student interventions assisting every child both academically and behaviorally. We believe “Every Child Can Learn and Be Successful,” and we look forward to celebrating our successes in our classrooms as well as on our athletic fields with you. We strive to work hand in hand with parents and guardians to help each student reach their maximum potential.

Sincerely,
Doug Hall, Principal
